    Yes. Many of our learners come through their employer: county behavioral health agencies, fire departments, schools, faith communities, community health workers, and non-profits.   2. What is the difference between the Self-Paced and Live courses?

    Self-Paced is the seventy-hour core course, fully asynchronous, with flexible start dates. Live is fourteen live sessions across fourteen weeks with a cohort of peers, plus five personal counseling sessions included. Both lead to the same fundamental skill — Self-Paced is for learners who want to move at their own pace; Live is for those who want practice and feedback with people.
